Colorado Springs Organic Pest Specialists

I called two or three local companies in Colorado Springs and got rates, when I called Shoo they were quite a bit less expensive and they had good Google ratings. When the Technician (who I think is also the owner) came to the house he wore a mask and kept six feet or more distance from me and I really appreciated that. We had some very invasive squirrels and he did a great job explaining how they operate and how he would approach the job. He is very knowledgeable and to the point. Customer service from Kate at their main number was excellent. She returned my calls quickly, and answered my many questions each time we spoke.

I could not be more impressed with ShOO! Jeff came to our house last year to take care of a pesky bat that wouldn't leave. He sprayed his organic miracle spray to keep them away, and we never saw another one for an entire year. Then yesterday another one popped up. I called ShOO immediately and was connected with Kate. She said that Jeff is fully booked and we made an appointment for a week out. I explained that we have a very high sensitivity (read: serious, insane anxiety!!), and asked whether there was any way that Jeff could come early. She said she would try her best, and much to my surprise and relief and joy, Jeff came to our house this evening at 7:45 to take away the bat and spray more of his miracle spray. Talk about amazing customer service! I would recommend ShOO and Kate and Jeff to anyone and everyone. Thank you ShOO!!!

Great service and really fast. The organic spray had a pleasant smell that was very surprising. We have used them probably for the last 3 years and they are the only ones we will call and will recommend to others! Thanks Jeff!

Jeff came out today to spray my house for spiders. I'm so mad I didn't do this a year and a half ago! He was super knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. The treatment he used was organic, not toxic to humans or my dog, and should work for about a year! And my house smells amazing due to the essential oils that are in their treatment! :-) It was a great experience. I can't recommend them enough!!!!

Jeff humanely evicted a mama raccoon and her four babies from the roof of our back porch. He and Kate were professional, honest, and hardworking. I'd call them again in a heartbeat over any other competitors in town.
